利用“一分钟时差”漏洞

今年3月14日下午4点半，一个年轻小伙子出现在宁波市象山县某银行的营业柜台前。他拿出5万元现金，并填写了一个贷记卡账号，要求将钱存入该账户内。营业员将钱存入后，打印了存款凭据，要求小伙子签字确认。

此时，小伙子拿出电话，拨通了一个号码，说道：“我把钱汇过去了，你查查看有没有收到。”　和对方通完话后，小伙子立即一脸踌躇地对银行工作人员说：“不好意思，刚才账户存错了，你帮我转存一下。” 　只见，他又掏出另一张借记卡，要求将刚才那笔5万元的存款撤销，转存到这张卡上。

随后，营业员按照正常流程，为小伙子办妥了改存手续。

从营业员将5万元存入小伙子事先指定的账号，到转存入更改账号，前后时间不超过两分钟，然而就是在这两分钟里，银行系统内发生了一场“惊天逆转”。原来，当小伙子第一次把5万元存入时，身在异地的同伙，立刻通过POS机刷走了49980元。可是，POS机的这笔刷卡交易信息，却要在一两分钟之后才能从银联系统反馈到银行，也就是说虽然刷卡消费了，但卡上的余额要在一两分钟后才会有变化。而这伙人正是抓住银行的漏洞，利用这极短的时间差，套现成功。此时，银行营业员还蒙在鼓里，不知道账户上刚存入的5万元其实已经没有了，并将这已经不存在的“5万元”再次转存到另一账户，这5万元随即又被取现。

这样一来，这伙人就赚到了5万元。此后，这几人利用相同手法相继在宁波几家银行成功套现13万余元。
