I received the latest gas bill, 206 up to now. Minus estimated 5 in last bill, I need pay 422.1oCNY for 201. What happened in last bill was, we were asked to fill a form posted in front of the elevator, I didn't. So the estimated number gas amount was 5.

The false impression: I have paid gas bill every 2 months. Something was wrong in last bill. I shouldn't pay for 201 in total again. I even have the payment proof up to now, even for 2007.

The truth: What I paid in 2007 was for another address. I moved in this current address in 2008, not 2007. After moved in, I haven't paid any gas bills until recently.

The cost: I called twice, and visited the gas branch office with 40CNY taxi fare.
