I don't get it, suddenly all roads in PuDong are in bad shape and need construction work. It is just a city expo, who cares? I don't believe there is any other countries whoever hosted this expo did this.

This is the very common road situation in PuDong. The road is not fully blocked, but just here and there, one lane is blocked. The small road blockers are everywhere. I am not exaggerate, everywhere.
