Fix Windows XP sluggish problem after resuming from Standby mode on Dell Latitude X200

I have recently formatted my Dell Latitude X200 and reinstalled Windows XP Professional with SP2. After the reinstallation, the laptop can go into Standby mode fine by closing the lip or pushing the power button. However, when it wakes back from Standby mode, the system become really sluggish. The only way out is pushing the power button more than 5 seconds to a hard reboot. I searched around the web and find out it is caused by onboard 3Com 3C920 Ethernet card driver. The driver comes with Windows XP SP2 is the reason that cause this sluggish problem. After I download/install the driver from Dell Support, the problem is solved. Please, Microsoft, release another patch for SP2 to fix this problem.
